Chris Mitchell

Most leadership coaches help people fit in. Chris helps them stand out. He is a coach, mentor and strategic advisor who has delivered 900+ hours of coaching to business leaders who think differently. He helps them turn their unique mind into their competitive advantage.

After spending over a decade advising executives at companies like Intel, Equifax, and Walmart/ASDA on strategy and growth, he realised his true passion lay in helping business leaders to unlock their potential.

He doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all approach. As an ADHD-informed coach, he understands both neurotypical expectations and neurodivergent perspectives. This unique lens allows him to help all business leaders – whether they’re diagnosed with ADHD or simply think differently – leverage their distinctive thinking styles as a competitive advantage.

He will work with your teams with the person at the centre. In practice, this means addressing mindset, leadership, and business challenges seamlessly rather than treating them as separate issues. His coaching combines practical business strategy with deep understanding of how your brain actually works.

Now, he’s running his own successful business, working with senior executives, career risers, startups, and SMEs directly. He also designs and delivers workshops on leadership and team performance, and lectures at BPP University.

Areas of expertise;

Strategic thinking and business planning, Leadership development, ADHD and neurodiversity coaching, Navigating the corporate environment, Executive function, Creative problem solving, Mindset and confidence building, Focus strategies, Programme facilitation, Goal setting and accountability.

He is a straight-talker and an active listener. As a result, he asks questions that will help you to explore your current constraints and the checkpoints you want to reach. He will act as a supportive partner who can help you find the best growth techniques and opportunities based on what really works in the real world of work.

Chris is an Associate Certified Coach (ICF), holds ADHD coaching qualifications through GoldMind Academy. He’s worked with organisations including Microsoft, BBC, The World Economic Forum and Adobe. He is also an accredited Project Manager and has an International Management degree from the University of Leeds.
