Claudine Charles

Claudine is an accredited executive coach, facilitator and learning designer. She partners with clients and their stakeholders to create bespoke solutions that mobilise teams and move businesses forward. She is passionate about supporting teams, managers, leaders, employees and business owners to perform at their best.

Claudine regularly coaches global leaders and teams, both virtually and face-to-face. In addition, she designs and delivers learning events that support leadership development. As a learning designer, she specialises in creating customised blended learning solutions that help clients achieve their desired outcomes.

Her key areas of activity include executive coaching, team coaching and top team development. She also specialises in bespoke learning design, learning experience design and systemic thinking.

Over the past two decades, Claudine has worked with organisations across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. During this time, she has supported a wide range of people development initiatives.

She has partnered with senior executives and leadership teams on strategic organisational projects. In addition, she provides executive coaching to high-potential employees, first-time managers and C-suite leaders.

Claudine has experience across many sectors and industries. Her clients include Citibank, Colt Technology Services, Fidelity International, Jaguar Land Rover, Homes England, National Grid, Oaktree Financial Services, Skanska, Thomson Reuters and the UK Civil Service. She has also worked with several agencies within the United Nations.

Claudine brings confidence, stability and reassurance to the leaders and teams she works with. She approaches every engagement with enthusiasm and commitment. Furthermore, she enjoys learning about new organisations and their cultures, ensuring her approach aligns with each client’s way of working.

Her qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MA in Human Resources Development and a Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Coaching. She also holds a Certificate in Team Coaching. Currently, she is studying towards an MSc in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck University.
