Elaine Rémy
Elaine is a certified Transformational Coach and an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) practitioner. She is qualified to deliver feedback on EQi-2.0 and EQ360 reports for Managers, Leaders and Teams.
Fluent in French, Elaine ran her own training and coaching consultancy for over 10 years in Paris, where she supported senior executives in international companies. During this time, she enabled them to improve their intercultural competence, overcome linguistic obstacles and reach their goals of confidence and fluency in the English language.
In 2019, Elaine moved back to England and settled down in Windermere, Cumbria. She is now developing her own coaching practice, Coaching & Cake. As part of her services, she also offers “Walk’n’Talk“ coaching in the Lake District.
In addition, Elaine runs an award-winning food business called Vie’s Jamaican Rum Cakes. Her cakes are based on her mother Vie’s traditional recipe. At weekends, you will find her trading at local markets. She also trades at annual food events such as The Great British Food Festival, The Milton Keynes Reggae Festival and the Manchester Rum Festival.
She also mentors start-up food businesses all over the UK. As a result, Elaine continues to inspire and support new entrepreneurs to follow their passions.
Keen to keep her body fit and healthy, she is often found walking the fells with her partner, Dave, or at her local fitness club taking a tone, HIIT or personal training class.
