Jon Allen

Jon has been developing people, teams and organisations for 30 years. He led an award-winning in-house culture-change programme that added £100m of value to Earls Court and Olympia Group.

Jon was a Senior Consultant at an Innovation Agency. He ran projects, and leadership development & culture-change programmes for leading brands (Unilever, Samsung, Astra Zeneca, Lloyds Banking Group, BT, BBC, Experian and Centrica).

Following this, Jon set up own business focusing on coaching, training, team and organisational development. He has had the privilege of working alongside leadership teams at the likes of GSK, bp, LexisNexis, AkzoNobel, The Law Society, Sky TV, Lloyds Banking Group, TfL, SONY, Twinings, Philips, Centrica and Telefonica.

Jon is a qualified Coach (ICF, NeuroLeadership Institute and RCS) and NLP Practitioner. He works with leaders to guarantee individual, team and organisational transformation on key projects. In addition, he facilitates strategic away days, runs training courses, innovation projects and leadership team building sessions. Jon also helps senior leadership teams define, embed and sustain the cultures they need for success.

Jon loves to cook, fix things, go on adventures of some kind or other and take photos. He also has a huge passion for dance music. He’s a resident DJ at a local bar in Kent, and promotes and produces 4 dance music events a year via a community of like-minded souls.
