Niki is a certified accountant with over 20 years’ experience working for various companies in the Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Financial Services and Retail sectors.

She provides financial information and guidance to directors and senior management teams to drive decision-making.

She has a passion for people development. In addition to her accounting qualifications, she has completed NLP, Timeline Therapy and Hypnosis Practitioner courses.

Niki has joined VA Consultants as Financial Controller and is responsible for the financial management and governance of the business.

Originally from South Manchester, Niki moved to Cumbria after meeting her husband. She loves the countryside and never tires of the scenery. She is a mum of one, and when not managing her daughter’s busy social calendar, she can be found in her sewing room creating something fabulous.
