Pauline is a certified Executive Coach, Team Coach and Leadership Development specialist, with  25 years’ experience of working with leaders and their teams to help them navigate the anxieties, stresses and joys of organisation change, transitions and transformations.

She has been an Associate Consultant with VA since 2019, where she has held both internal and external consulting roles.

Her key areas of activity are: Systemic Team Coaching, Executive Coaching, and Group and Team Facilitation.

Pauline is passionate about helping to develop leaders. She supports them to do the inner, personal work that enables them to have a strong leadership presence and personal impact with the people they lead and the customers they serve. In addition, she is an executive coach, with a particular interest in coaching leaders at transition points in their careers. She also helps leaders discover their unique leadership qualities and ways of leading.

Pauline is a skilled and experienced OD consultant and facilitator, specialising in intact, intergroup and inter-organisational development. Pauline also specialises in human systems and group processes. In particular, she works with intact leadership teams who have become stuck or mired in unproductive conflict.

She trained with the renowned Tavistock Institute of Human Relations. Pauline frequently consults as a staff member on Group Relations Conferences – deep, experiential events which support leaders to explore their leadership in the context of group, organisation and the wider society.

Pauline is a strong advocate for reflective practice in organisations. She believes that time to think is too easily sacrificed in fast-paced, time-pressured environments. Therefore, she provides regular protected spaces for facilitated leadership team conversations. These support joint sense-making and purposeful action.

Current clients include: global Logistics Company; Facilities Management Company; Government and Government Agency leaders; NHS Health Board CEO and Director; large charity sector leaders; Professional Firm Directors and Partners; and University leaders.

She is a founding Board Member of the Organisation Development Network for Europe. She offers shadow consulting and supervision to other coaching and OD professionals.
