Ranee has 18+ years of solid, cross-industry and cross-cultural working experience, in addition to 14+ years in corporate L&D and OD. She is an experienced executive coach and comprehensive learning leader who specialises in diagnosing, designing, delivering and following up systematic and blended leadership programmes. These programmes often require a blend of professional coaching,  facilitation, consulting and training skills.

She works with executives and managers at all levels, high-potentials and high-performance teams from top global Fortune 500 companies to joint ventures, private enterprises and state-owned enterprises. She works across a range of industries in Far East Asia including Energy/Climate, Internet/IT Financial, Aerospace and Dairy.
