He blends his consulting background with his experience in HR and commercial senior leadership teams within Financial Services and Fintech organisations. This enables him to deliver strategy, achieve goals, and drive performance. He combines frameworks and tools with a deep understanding of behavioural science to do this.

Sanjay takes a human-centric approach that creates the conditions for unleashing potential. He does this through robust challenge and debate, balanced with support and empathy. Sanjay is an Associate Coach working towards accreditation status with the International Coaching Federation. He uses coaching to empower individuals and teams to build capability and confidence to realise their potential. He also has a passion for supporting marginalised groups.

As a leadership consultant, Sanjay has designed and delivered numerous global leadership initiatives, workshops, and programmes. These include cultural change, leadership development, mental wellbeing and resilience, change and innovation, and coaching and communication. Through his work in the commercial sector, he has led the development and implementation of capability frameworks, business transformations, and restructures.
