Sat Randhawa

Sat is a people-focused leadership professional with over 15 years’ experience as a consultant, transformation lead, and coach. During this time, he has delivered strategic change, continuous improvement programmes, business start-up strategy, and technology transformation across a range of industries and regions.

He has also built a strong career in financial services, with experience spanning investment banking, technology, and sport. Throughout his work, Sat focuses on improving organisational practice and operations through a holistic approach to transformation. In particular, he helps organisations assess and evolve their ways of working.

His people-focused philosophy centres on investing in individuals and developing their unique skill sets. As a result, he helps organisations build creative, proactive cultures that can adapt and evolve in challenging environments.

Sat is known for his warm and personable approach. He understands the importance of honesty and strong relationships when supporting change within organisations and individuals alike.

Before moving into consulting and coaching, Sat was a professional footballer. Since then, he has continued to expand his knowledge and apply the skills he developed in elite sport to leadership and organisational performance. More recently, he received a Harvard accreditation in Exercising Leadership Principles.

Alongside his coaching work, Sat is contributing to an upcoming BBC series focused on mentoring and supporting underprivileged individuals. He has also been interviewed by Bleacher Report to share his views on leadership, performance, and health optimisation.

In addition, Sat serves as a Diversity and Inclusion ambassador. Drawing on both personal experience and professional insight, he creates environments where people feel comfortable having honest and courageous conversations.
