Tim Morris

Tim is a highly experienced facilitator and coach. He works with organisations to develop leaders and managers in line with business objectives.

Tim has 30 years of experience working with organisations as consultant, facilitator, designer and client manager across the private and public sectors. He began his career as an Earth Scientist and later began working extensively with engineering and technical clients as they sought emotionally intelligent development in a technical environment.

With this background he brings a blend of diligence, pragmatism and empathy to meet his client’s needs. In addition, he has supported senior leaders and managers across the UK, Europe, the USA and Asia.

Tim has broad experience as a development coach working with senior clients from a wide range of industries. He uses an agile mix of directness, humour and humility. This approach enables him to offer the right balance of challenge and support.

He is skilled in helping leaders at all levels discover the best version of themselves and to bring that to their workplaces. As a result, Tim draws on deep experience in developing managers and leaders as coaches, supporting them to lead and implement change in increasingly complex marketplaces.

Furthermore, Tim has extensive experience working across cultures. He helps organisations align people and business strategies to achieve sustainable outcomes that promote engagement and productivity.
