Andy has 20+ years’ experience as a consultant, coach, and organisational leader.  He has held senior roles in business and has consulted with leading organisations in Australia and the UK.

Andy has led organisational change programs which have led to successful outcomes including validated cost savings, increased sales and customer satisfaction, employee engagement and productivity, leadership capacity and effectiveness.  During his career, Andy has built capability in a variety of industries including Criminal Justice, Healthcare, Local Government, Processing & Distribution, Retail & Consumer, Digital Services and Not for Profit.  Andy was Head of Organisational Development and a member of the Group HR Leadership Team at Australia Post during a major reform of the organisation between 2014 and 2017.

Recent experience includes behaviours & culture work to bring 14 organisations together into an Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) in Healthcare; Leadership development work with Vaccination Managers from NHS and Charity Partners; Consulting work to improve customer experience through process improvement, operating model set up and knowledge management & quality assurance. Andy led the design and implementation of a Management Competency Framework for Action for Children, a large national children’s charity. He runs leadership workshops for SME’s across the Leeds City region, is an Enterprise Advisor for a local school and volunteers his time as a mentor with Migrant Leaders.

Andy is studying for a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP), has a Certificate in Coaching and also holds multiple psychometric accreditations including Saville Wave, FIRO B, Hogan and Strengths Profile.

Andy is a keen trail runner and cyclist, and proud father of Alice, aged nine.
