Anne Gallagher
Anne is passionate about helping people be the very best version of themselves through strengthening their understanding of their impact on others. Anne helps others use that knowledge to get better results at whatever level they are working and in whatever role.
Anne’s experience includes 12 years working in a senior leadership post in a leading UK University where she led a team to provide the strategic direction for learning along with associated bespoke training solutions and a coaching and mentoring roll-out. She led one directorate to an IiP Gold award.
Since 2016 Anne has moved to consulting, designing and delivering leadership and management programmes for the UK’s top ranked University as well as working with other public and private sector organisations. Anne’s varied career ranges from hospitality management, to teaching adult students, to leading on Organisational Development and this has helped her connect with people at all levels and to value straightforward approaches to relationships and business. Anne will always ask the questions that get to the heart of an issue.
Anne is a practical problem solver, seeking to bring learning theory to life by practical and experiential activities when facilitating and coaching. Her approach is inspiring, adaptable, intuitive and always tailored to meet the client’s needs.
Anne holds an MSc in Performance Management, Cert.Ed., Henley Professional Certificate in Coaching and is a CIPD associate member.
Away from work, there is a hyperactive two-year-old Springer Spaniel, Harper, requiring constant attention and exercise. Harper loves the boating life, and enjoys spending time with Anne and her husband on board their boat on the South coast.
