Becky Flight
Becky Flight is VA’s General Manager.
She has been with VA since 2015 and in that time has developed a deep understanding of the organisation, it’s clients and it’s ethos. She leads from the front – and the VA values are at the heart of everything she does.
Becky oversees the delivery of the majority of VA’s major projects – from conception to delivery. She works closely with clients and is relational and warm, and works hard to create trusted, strong relationships that help facilitate a collaborative approach to all delivery. She has managed and run a series of large-scale projects whilst at VA that have been delivered to 1000’s of participants and has been involved in each project having an eye on the detail of all elements of the delivery – from admin, to staffing, to facilitator support and delivery.
She manages and works incredibly closely with VA’s associate delivery team. She works hard to bring in new talent to the organisation who align with the values and ethos of the VA brand. Becky is the glue that keeps the VA Community together. Her knowledge of VA’s associate network allows her to identify the right facilitators for the right client at the right time, and once identified she supports associates with onboarding, upskilling, alignment and facilitation needs.
Becky is also an experienced project manager and enjoys the challenge of working with new clients and enabling projects to come to life and be delivered and executed to a very high standard. Her focus on detail, quality and relationships regularly leads to successful project delivery.
Outside of work, Becky has been a volunteer Assistant Leader with Girlguiding for over 15 years now, loves the outdoors, (especially a dip in some bracing water), loves climbing mountains, and spending time with her husband, children and dog.
