Christina Palmer is VA’s new Client Relationship Manager. With a background in customer service and sales she is well suited to the role. Christina’s experience comes from working for a luxury travel company, the airline Virgin Atlantic and the beauty brand The Body Shop.

Christina excels in collaborative environments and brings integrity and professionalism in a personable way. She is excellent at building relationships based on trust and respect.

After taking some time out to raise her three children, Christina discovered Direct Sales and over a period of six years built a sales team of over 500 self employed consultants. The role involved personal sales, onboarding, developing team members to progress, and the creation and delivery of sales training.

Travel has played a big part in Christina’s life and although she has managed to visit many places, both with and outside of work, there is still a lot of places she would still like to experience.

Christina is committed to driving VA’s approach to new and existing markets to ensure our proposition is authentic and represents our culture and values. She will support and be the link between clients, the project team and our consultant community to ensure projects align with client expectations.
