Claudine Charles

Claudine is an accredited executive coach, facilitator and learning designer who thrives on partnering with clients and their stakeholders to create bespoke solutions that mobilise their teams and move their businesses forward. She’s passionate about supporting teams, managers, leaders, employees, and business owners to operate at their best.

Claudine regularly coaches and delivers learning events to global leaders and teams, virtually and face-to-face. As a learning designer, Claudine specialises in the customised design of blended learning solutions to support the delivery of clients’ outcomes.

Claudine has spent most of the past two decades working with corporates across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors within the people development industry, partnering with senior executives and leaders on strategic organisational-wide projects, as well as providing executive coaching to high-potential employees, first managers, and senior and C-suite leaders.

Claudine has extensive experience ranging across multiple sectors, including working with clients across 15 business industries. Her clients have included Citibank, Colt Technology Services, Fidelity International, Jaguar Land Rover, Homes England, National Grid, Oaktree Financial Services, Skanska, Thomson Reuters, UK Civil Service, and multiple agencies within the United Nations, amongst others.

She brings confidence, stability and assurance to the leaders and the teams that she works with and approaches her work with enthusiasm and commitment. She enjoys learning about new organisations and their cultures and ensures that her working practices and engagement aligns with her client’s business practices. Clients have described Claudine as warm, authentic, supportive, encouraging, open, frank and highly skilled in her area of expertise.

Her qualifications include BSc. (Hons) in Psychology, MA in Human Resources Development, Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Coaching, Certificate in Team Coaching, amongst others. She’s currently studying towards an MSc in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck University.
