Deborah is a skilled consultant, facilitator and coach with 28 years’ experience in developing leaders across a wide range of industry sectors. She is inspired to help people to be the best they can be, and to realise their personal and leadership potential.

Deborah has developed a capability that includes leading national and international, large-scale leadership development programmes for clients across the UK.

Deborah has facilitated learning in the China, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Holland and throughout the UK, working with leaders and teams at all levels from Senior Executives downwards.

Prior to a career change into development training in 1988 Deborah gained valuable experience as a Project Manager, developing development initiatives in challenging areas of the UK, South America and Africa. Her qualifications include MSc in Global Development Management, PGC Experiential Learning, PG Dip Gender and Management, DISC facilitator, NLP 101 and Transactional Analysis (TA 101).
