Diana West

Di is committed to enabling clients to make real progress, through purposeful change and the realisation of their potential. Her work with groups and teams develops leadership; builds trust and effective communication; evaluates impact; and prompts joined-up thinking and planning.

Di’s first career encompassed thirty years as a teacher, twenty-three of which were at senior leadership level and culminating in eleven years as a headteacher. Comfortable in rapidly changing and challenging environments, Di uses a range of coaching approaches and models in order to bring creative solutions and new thinking to the fore. She offers constructive challenge and  brings fresh perspectives through well-judged and powerful questioning. An excellent listener, Di distills ideas and brings new insight to those she works with.

She is also an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. She is certified as a Systemic Team Coach (AOEC), offering the Team Connect 360 diagnostic tool and is a trained Positive Intelligence coach.

Outside of ‘work’, Di is an ‘outdoor person’, where adventures on her mountain bike, at the end of a climbing rope, or scrambling toward a tantalising summit always beckon. She loves the arts and is an aspiring blacksmith.
