Elaine Rémy
Elaine is a certified Transformational Coach and an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) practitioner who is qualified to deliver feedback on EQi-2.0 and EQ360 reports for Managers, Leaders and Teams.
She is fluent in French and ran her own training and coaching consultancy for over 10 years in Paris where she supported senior executives in international companies. She enabled them to improve their intercultural competence, overcome linguistic obstacles and reach their goals of confidence and fluency in the English language.
In 2019, Elaine moved back to England and settled down in Windermere, Cumbria and is now developing her own coaching practice: Coaching & Cake. As part of her services, she offers “Walk’n’Talk “ coaching in the Lake District.
Elaine also runs an award-winning food business called Vie’s Jamaican Rum Cakes. Her cakes are based on her mother Vie’s traditional recipe. At weekends you will find Elaine trading at local markets. She also trades at annual food events such as The Great British Food Festival, The Milton Keynes Reggae Festival and the Manchester Rum Festival.
Elaine also mentors start-up food businesses all over the UK.
As Elaine is keen to keep her body fit and healthy, you will often find her walking the fells with her partner, Dave or at her local fitness club taking a tone, HIIT or personal training class.
