From over 20 years of experiential training, Howie brings a pragmatic and results focus to our team. His belief is that change is driven by firstly being absolutely clear in what you are trying to achieve, followed by structuring powerful conversations that give shape and clarity to move forwards.

Howie has extensive experience of design and delivery of programmes at all levels, from graduate to board level. His particular interests are developing ‘fast-track’ and graduate programmes, leadership and helping teams to reach their full potential. Having lectured at Auckland University of Technology Howie’s been inspired by his students and is currently studying for his Masters degree in Leadership.

Still a boy scout at heart, he is at his happiest in woods cooking over an open fire.
