Jay Jupp
Jay has over 25 years’ experience in corporate learning and development roles and the last 15 years in Organisational Development working in a head of role and as an internal OD consultant. Jay gained her first coaching role in 1998 and is a qualified Executive Coach. She has experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes, revamping performance, and talent management systems for organisations, as well as coaching programmes for senior leaders. She has worked in many sectors including Pharmaceutical, Telecoms, Financial and Professional Services.
Jay is passionate about ensuring processes and opportunities are fair and open to all using her expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. She has experience facilitating conversations with senior leaders to establish safe spaces and getting to the heart of what might be preventing organisations from creating an inclusive culture.
Her programmes encourage leaders to lead authentically and to have empathy resulting in increased trust, engagement, performance of individuals and teams and emotional intelligence. Leaders have then created a sense of belonging, so people feel safe bringing their best selves to work.
Jay develops trust quickly and has excellent relationship building skills. Much of her work is helping leaders see the roles they need to play, in ambiguous and constantly changing times. Jay has several psychometric tools to call upon including Emotional Intelligence EQ EiP3 practitioner.
Jay runs her own coaching business and is an exceptional coach. She has been a PharmaField award winning Sales Coach. She has worked with clients at all levels. She has helped clients build: self-confidence, belief, a sense of purpose, overcoming self-limiting beliefs, increasing awareness of self and others to help realise their full potential.
When she’s not working Jay loves to cook, travel, socialize with friends and family and to take the occasional Pilates class.
