Lucy Wake

As a highly skilled Organisational Development Consultant Lucy draws on her 30 years’ experience and knowledge gained from a diverse career to partner clients in designing and implementing bespoke solutions involving facilitation, leadership development, coaching and training.

Lucy’s clients appreciate her strengths of working through complex problems to find straightforward solutions, combining reliable methods with innovative and creative thinking, identifying and reacting swiftly to changing needs. She has an ability to understand clients’ unique needs and adapt her approach accordingly. Lucy is passionate, warm and easy to work with, and she works hard to identify and optimise individuality in people, firmly believing that establishing and maintaining relationships is crucial to successful partnership working.

With a varied career in education, training, marketing, customer service and retail, Lucy’s experience has seen her working with people from students to CEOs and at every level between. She is comfortable with both small and large groups, as well as one-to-one interventions.

With a post-graduate diploma in Management Studies, Lucy continues to develop her knowledge through an appetite for learning, helped by a love of reading, meaning that she is well-resourced to design & create lasting solutions for clients. She has more recently become a licensed practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

When Lucy isn’t working she loves spending time with friends, especially trying out new gins and sometimes playing poker. She enjoys being outdoors with her dog and is a regular at the gym. Winter is Lucy’s favourite season, when she always tries to spend some time in the mountains to ski. Having had many French lessons, Lucy continues to valiantly try learning the language and is determined that one day she’ll be able to confidently hold a conversation.
