Miles spent 20 years in the corporate world in change management and commercial leadership roles before moving into coaching and development. During this time, the global organisations he worked for include HSBC, BBC, Vodafone, NBC Universal, Britvic, Lloyds, American Express Sydney, and McCann Erickson Paris
He provides human-centred coaching style training with a focus on developing happy, self-aware leaders. Clients value Miles’ creative and friendly style, which enables engaging and memorable sessions. Outcomes are front and centre and Miles gives careful attention to accountability and action taking.

As a consultant, Miles has led complex cross-functional global programmes for multiple organisations. He currently chairs several groups for business owners. Having run his own coaching and training practise Miles offers insightful support to client projects. He works comfortably up to C-suite and offers scenario-based exercises that deliver engaging and thought-provoking experiences.

When he is not standing in front of a training cohort Miles’ hobbies include camping, surfing, exploring mountains and skiing. He has also completed over fifty triathlons and several ultra-marathons up to one hundred miles in length.
