Naomi is an experienced consultant who is passionate about developing and growing the individuals, teams and businesses she partners with. She has a strong drive to make a difference to people, supporting them to flourish and grow in a way that enables them to be high-performing and satisfied in their work. This drives her to build legacy interventions that build capability for the short and longer term that has the individual and their organisation at their heart.
Before becoming a consultant Naomi developed a broad background working within FMCG organisations in operational as well as corporate roles, from managing food production lines to improvement and divestment projects. Since setting up her own business she has worked in the Engineering, Construction, Education, Retail, Civil Service, Manufacturing and Logistics sectors enabling organisational change through the design and delivery of interventions, including programme design to one-to-one coaching.
Naomi has supported many organisational change projects with the design and facilitation of leadership and management development programmes that help leaders transition with the change whilst building their capability. The most recent large change project she led centred around the design, development and then embedding of a comprehensive competency framework for a leading medical device company.
As an NLP master practitioner and an accredited practitioner of MBTI, CAPP Strengths Profiler and Cut-e Ability and Personality assessment she has tools to hand that support individuals to gain actionable insights.
