Natalia has over a decade of experience in coaching and leadership development for top business schools, such as London Business School and IESE in Spain. Her previous roles include executive positions in business development, where she designed market strategies and led on strategic relationships with professional bodies and global partners.

Natalia’s mission is to support leaders in their ambition to marry profitable business decisions with inner drive for integrity and positive transformation. She is passionate about diversity and equity on boards, overcoming executive loneliness and bringing human connection back to the centre of global business. 

An accredited executive coach, Natalia also holds a Postgraduate Degree in International Trade, Law & Policy Making and a Master’s Degree in Indian Linguistics & Philosophy. A life-long learner, she’s keen on personal development and foreign languages.

Outside work, you can find Natalia either running or attending a yoga retreat, hiking across the South Downs with her family or year-round sea swimming.
