Phil has extensive experience as a leader, manager, trainer and coach with 25 years commercial experience in sales, management and people development.

He is a stimulating and challenging facilitator and coach.  He creates a safe environment, and enjoys creating a partnership with clients to create lasting change. He is dedicated to helping clients achieve their potential, having a refreshing, straightforward and caring approach, and acts with the upmost professionalism in delivering his best for the best outcome for the client.

Phil has facilitated learning in the US, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Spain, France and throughout the UK, working with leaders and teams at all levels from senior leaders to graduates.

When not working, Phil relishes the opportunity of being in amongst the beautiful Lake District, where he can be found variously hiking, running or cycling – whatever the weather  He has also been known to tread the boards in “Am Dram” for Ambleside Players.
