Ranee has 18+ years of solid, cross-industry and cross-cultural working experience in addition to the 14+ years in corporate L&D and OD sectors. She is an experienced executive coach and comprehensive learning leader mostly involved in diagnosing, designing, delivering and following up systematic and blended leadership programmes which require a fusion of capability of professional coaching, facilitation, consulting and training skills.
She works with executives and managers at all levels, high-potentials and high-performance teams from top global Fortune 500 companies to joint ventures, private enterprises and state-owned enterprises. She works across a range of industries in Far East Asia including Energy/Climate, Internet/IT Financial, Aerospace and Dairy.
Ranee is a dedicated and inspirational consultant who works as a role model to lead people to develop their understanding and confidence. She is driven by motivating people and bringing out the best in them to allow them to apply the learning back to their real workplace and life.
