Rob is the Head of Organisational Development and Intelligence at VA.  He is the founder of VA Consultants Europe and Co-Founder and ex Chair of VA Consultants Global.  Rob has been working as a training and development consultant since 1987 after an early career in teaching.

Rob spends a lot of his time walking alongside senior Executives as a coach and confidential sounding board. He works globally and has significant experience in working across cultures. His skills are in finding solutions to the leadership and team challenges associated with business transformation and performance.

He is understated, quiet with a wicked sense of humour and a gentle wild side that lies just under the surface!

When not working Rob spends his time mowing the lawns, finding the dog and spending time in wild places, walking, canoeing and biking.
