Rob has been working as a training and development consultant since 1987 after an early career in teaching. He spends a lot of his time walking alongside senior Executives as a coach and confidential sounding board. He works with executive and senior teams across the globe and has significant experience in working across cultures. Robs skills are in supporting leaders finding solutions to their leadership and team challenges associated with business transformation and performance.

Rob was a co-founder of VA Consultants Global and has been a huge part of VA’s growth and success.  Since January 2024, Rob stepped away from being a co-director and now enjoys the life and challenge as an associate OD senior consultant. He continues to work with many of our clients whom he is recognised as a trusted advisor for.

He is understated, quiet with a wicked sense of humour and a gentle wild side that lies just under the surface!

When not working Rob spends his time mowing the lawns, walking the dog and spending time in wild places, walking, canoeing and biking.
