Sally is facilitator and accredited coach with 14 years experience as a Leadership Development specialist.  Educated to MBA level with Distinction, she is regarded as a warm, well-informed and skillful facilitator adept at working with early careers to senior executives across multiple industries, sectors and geographies. Sally has led international projects for global brands as well as been a senior manager heading up the UK Consultancy function of a global people development company.

Sally’s skills include organisational development consultancy, experiential programme design, group and business facilitation, one-to-one coaching, programme management, strategic planning and business modeling, operational and line management, performance reporting.  Her design and delivery capability includes experiential learning, blended learning, webinar platforms, business simulations, action-learning, facilitation skills, and community partnerships.  She has developed specialist approaches for Responsible Leadership and Women in Leadership and connects strongly with a purpose of mutual learning to create a more sustainable and compassionate world.  She tutors on the Lancaster University MBA.

Sally has a spirited playful side and enjoys wilderness adventures with family and friends either in conversation around the kitchen table or further afield in the mountains, walking, cycle or ski-touring. Sally is also a Trustee for the South Lakes Action Against Climate Change charity and has undertaken a number of cycle rides for charity (UK, East Africa, Vietnam).
