His in-house roles in culture, talent and internal communication roles brings depth and rigour to the solutions he creates to drive change and create stakeholder value.
He blends his consulting background with working in HR and commercial senior leadership teams in Financial Services and Fintech organisations to deliver strategy, achieve goals and drive performance. He combines frameworks and tools with a deep understanding of behavioural science to do this.
Sanjay takes a human-centric approach that creates the conditions for unleashing potential through robust challenge and debate balanced with support and empathy. Sanjay is an Associate Coach working towards accreditation status with the International Coaching Federation. He uses coaching to empower individuals and teams to build capability and confidence to realise their potential and has a passion for supporting marginalised groups.
As a leadership consultant, Sanjay has designed and delivered numerous global leadership initiatives, workshops, and programmes including cultural change, leadership development, mental wellbeing and resilience, change and innovation, and coaching and communication. Through his work in the commercial sector, he has led the development and instigation of capability frameworks, business transformations and restructures
Sanjay has a wealth of qualifications, including Certified Principal Business Psychologist (Association for Business Psychology), Associate Coach (ICF), Strengthscope and Lumina Practitioner. He holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology and is a Board Member of the Association of Business Psychology.
