Sarah Wilson

Sarah’s exploration into the world of leadership development began back in 2009. Her initial experiences were around mentoring colleagues and facilitating training in Social Housing Culture. After moving into a lead role in Social Care Policy, Sarah then opened her own coaching practice as a side hustle, during the pandemic, leaving her corporate role just six months later.

Sarah is a big advocate of the utilisation of Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques and, alongside these, she now focusses on using her S.U.C.C.E.S.S. model to mentor overwhelmed corporate professionals in high pressure roles to disrupt doubt and nurture a powerful self-relationship which unlocks their success, much like her own experiences.

She also specialises in consulting for Registered Social Housing Providers helping them improve diversity and culture in the boardroom leading to improved staff and tenant satisfaction.

Sarah lives with her husband and two amazing teens. Away from work she can be found on coastal or woodland walks with her two dogs, she likes to relax with photography or maybe sampling some tapas whilst enjoying champagne or cocktails. Having trained in Musical Theatre but unable to pursue this as a career, she indulges in her passion for singing with the national Rock Choir.

She has quite the bucket list and would love to visit Pompeii having been fascinated since childhood, then working in a reconstructed Roman Villa.
