With over 30 years in people development, Stuart is an expert in leadership development, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. He provides strategic leadership and operational support to clients, specialising in Project Lifecycle Management, Leadership Team Development, and Executive Coaching.

As a senior consultant, Stuart launched a successful Global Key Account Director Development Program, enhanced leadership competencies in the nuclear industry with scenario-based training, and improved decision-making for a Global Oil and Gas client through 1:1 executive coaching. He facilitated leadership development across multiple countries and engaged 800 attendees as Master of Ceremonies for aerospace conferences in Europe.

Having run his own company and served as a regional operations manager for a global educational business, Stuart brings practical insights to his consulting. He works comfortably with all leadership levels, helping engineers embrace a culture of Continuous Improvement through impactful training and scenario-based exercises that foster self-awareness and cultural change. His clients include VPs at KBR, Global Directors at ISS, and senior teams at Kimberly-Clarke and Morgan Sindall.

Outside of work, Stuart enjoys sailing, motorbike riding, and exploring the mountains and lakes of Cumbria with family and friends.
