Sue Roberts
Sue is a highly skilled, experienced and accredited performance coach and facilitator who is passionate about creating transformational learning environments and developing teams and individuals to meet their potential.
With 23 years’ experience in the field of people development, she specialises in behavioural and attitudinal change at all levels within an organisation. Sue has latterly worked with senior leaders and board level teams, translating business needs into pragmatic people development solutions and has a proven track record of working with a range of clients across the commercial, public sector and academic environments and has worked in the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Singapore, Kuwait and the United States.
Sue is also a tutor at postgraduate level at Lancaster University Management School, leading modules on reflective practice and collaborative conduct for international MBA students and working with a variety of senior leaders in Executive Education.
Sue’s passion for learning prompted her to undertake an MA in Management Learning as well as being an accredited coach. She is also an MBTI Step 1 practitioner, a level 7 action learning facilitator, a FIRO B practitioner, a TA 101 Counsellor and a Master Practitioner in NLP, Timeline therapy and hypnosis.
