Vee is an accredited executive coach and leadership facilitator with 24 years of experience of delivering performance as a director, manager and engineer, leading teams in a global pharmaceutical organisation and a not-for-profit. She enjoys working out how we turn up as human beings in complex, fast changing organisations and create cultures of engagement and innovation.

Vee has delivered leadership programmes, coaching and facilitation in the financial, manufacturing, gas and oil, pharmaceutical, and chemical sectors, the NHS and public sector and has worked with leadership teams, chief executives, directors and middle managers.

Vee creates an environment in which people can be open and candid and step beyond their comfort zone, whilst enjoying the development process. She enjoys working at depth with clients and clients appreciate her warmth, enthusiasm, insight and high level of support and challenge.

Vee has facilitated learning in UK, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, India and the US with participants from Europe, China and US and has gained her own leadership experience in engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, HR, in leading global teams and directing a not-for profit organisation before focusing on learning and development. She has an ILM level 7 diploma in Executive Coaching, is an accredited mindfulness trainer and is accredited in a range of development tools: MBTI, Bar-On EQI Emotional Intelligence, TLQ Leadership360 Assessment, and trained in Aston OD Team Development tools.
